Welcome to Mingly!

This is where you can get help on how to best use Mingly to streamline your social interactions. If your question isn’t answered here, please contact us directly at support@ming.ly.

Mingly brings all your contacts into one place and helps you avoid being overwhelmed by endless social network updates. If you haven’t already installed Mingly, you can get it for Gmail in Chrome or Firefox at Ming.ly/install. Here are a few tips to get you started:

1. Link up your social networks by going to the Mingly menu at the top right of your Gmail screen and clicking Settings.

2. Under “Inbox” in Gmail, "Mingly" will appear. Click on it bring up the dashboard with key updates, reminder alerts and recently added contacts. Don't worry if you don't see many updates right away. It takes us a bit of time to get your account going full speed. (You should be up and running fully within an hour!) Plus, we only show you the things that really matter. 

3. You can send messages directly from the updates page by hovering your mouse over a particular update. By clicking the envelope icon on the right, you'll be able to contact the person through networks on which you're connected.
